2 weeks ago Fenerbahce lost it's 6th final in the last 27 years. They one lost to Genclerbirligi, 2 times to Galatasaray and 3 times to Besiktas JIMNASTIC CLUB. Last they won was against Mersin Idman Yurdu who now doesn't even exist. In these Finals they conceded 23 goals. Here in my school non of my friends that support Fenerbahce haven't been able to see the Fortis Turkish Cup while I saw Galatasaray lift the cup 5 times and also played 2 other finals.
It think it's really hard for the Fenerbahce Fans because their biggest rival has 10 more cups than them. Most of the players in the Fenerbahce squad didn't see the cup either. It's really a sad position to be in concediring that they talk about them as the best team in Turkey. But at least they are starting to accept their failure in the Turkish Cup, most of my friends are saying that ''I hope I will see a cup before I die.''
Also Besiktas media made lots of fun after their 4-2 victory against their arch rivals Fenerbahce. Some examples ;
- What happens after Fenerbahce wins the Turkish Cup? The guy will turn the Play Station off.
- Holosko's daughter saw the Turkish Cup after 3 days she was born but 26 year old Fenerbahce Fans couldn't.
- If Fenerbahce achieves to win the Turkish Cup, probably the modern age will end and the a new age will begin, concediring that this event will be hard to believe for the humanity.
